These terms govern the relationship between the customer and Sport Group d.o.o. (the "Provider") for e-foil rental, courses and school services. By making a reservation the customer confirms they have read and accept these terms in full.
1. Provider
E-foil rental and school services are operated by Sport Group d.o.o., Osojnikova 4, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia, VAT ID SI72133449. Main location: Green Lake, Kidričevo. Additional locations by arrangement: Maribor, Ljubljana, Celje, Gramoznica Soboško jezero (Murska Sobota).
2. Subject
The contract covers rental of Duotone e-foil equipment (board, foil, batteries, charger) and/or an e-foil course with a licensed instructor. The specific package, dates and price are set out in the confirmation email.
3. Booking and payment
A reservation becomes valid once confirmed by the Provider in writing. Payment is accepted in cash, by card or by bank transfer. For multi-day rentals (3 days+) the Provider charges a €500 deposit, fully refunded after a damage-free return.
4. Prices
Prices are listed on the website and include VAT. Each package includes board, foil, two batteries, charger, helmet, life vest and a wetsuit (seasonal). An instructor is included with the 30-minute taster and all courses, not with stand-alone rentals.
5. Cancellation and reschedules
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before start. 48–24 hours: 50 % charge. Less than 24 hours: full charge. In case of bad weather the Provider reschedules free of charge.
6. Liability and safety
Customers must be at least 14 years old (under 18 with parental consent) and able to swim. All safety equipment must be worn. The customer agrees to follow the instructor's directions and local regulations. The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from non-compliance.
7. Equipment damage
The customer is liable for damage caused by negligent use. Minor damage is charged from the deposit. Larger damage is charged at Duotone service rates.
8. Disputes
Complaints in writing to info@surf-store.com; we reply within 8 days. Court of jurisdiction: Maribor, Slovenia. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform.
9. Validity
These terms apply from the date shown above. The Provider reserves the right to amend them; the current version is always published on this page.
